Development

Tech pack review, fabric recommendation, costing within 24h. Proto sample in 5–7 days.

Approval

Fit sample + lab dips approved. Size-set grading verified before bulk fabric is cut.

Bulk Cutting

Fabric relaxation, CNC cutting, bundle numbering, 100% shade & defect control.

Sewing & Finishing

Inline QC at every line hourly. Print / embroidery / wash executed in-house.

Final Inspection

AQL 2.5 final random inspection. Metal detection. Third-party inspection welcome.

Packing & Shipping

Retail-ready or bulk packing, export documentation, FOB / CIF / DDP to your door.
